Native Mojo is a company builder — not an agency, and not a fund with a deck. We put capital, senior engineers and a working technology foundation into a small number of companies, and hold a stake in what they become instead of billing for what we do.
The two paths
Whose idea it is decides how it starts.
Everything else — the foundation, the engineering, the alignment through equity — is the same on both paths.
Native Ventures
The idea starts here. We validate the opportunity, fund the build, and put our own engineering and marketing teams on it — on the foundation, so the first version ships in months.
When it is real, we recruit an experienced operator who knows the market — with a genuine equity stake, not a salary and a title — to lead the company and grow it. It becomes an independent business with its own brand and customers.
Founder Ventures
The idea arrives with a founder. We invest capital and put our legal, engineering, business-development and marketing teams behind the company at no charge to it — in exchange for an equity stake.
The founder keeps leading. The company gets a senior team and years of infrastructure from day one, and spends its runway on the product that is actually its own.
The package
What every venture starts with.
The point of the model is that none of this has to be assembled, hired or rebuilt before the real work starts.
Capital
A real investment in the company — not services counted as one.
Engineering
Senior engineers who built the foundation and shipped the companies already running on it, working alongside the venture's own team.
The foundation
Security, identity, business data, publishing, hosting and AI — running on day one instead of sitting on the roadmap.
Legal & operations
Formation, agreements and the operational plumbing, handled by people who have done it before.

Positioning, early pipeline and first customers, worked by the same team that takes our own products to market.

A founder's idea
The founder brought the idea and the domain expertise. We invested the capital and put legal, engineering, our technology stack, business development and marketing behind the company at no cost to it — for a minority equity stake. The founder runs the company.
